New Committee Members – The faces of Outdoor Ambassadors are changing once again. Along with new Peace Corps Volunteer committee members the inclusion of Albanian committee members this year should make the possibilities endless! An announcement of the new members will be sent from the incoming President in January. The outgoing committee wishes all the best to the 2011 committee in their work during this upcoming year.

World Water Monitoring Activities – Many OA groups received water monitoring kits at the training and this is a reminder that you can still be included on the 201o results by completing your testing before December 30th! More information can be found at: http://www.worldwatermonitoringday.org/

Water Champions Awards – If your group has completed water monitoring for the World Water Monitoring Day then they may be eligible to apply for the Water Champions Award.  Award recipients will receive a commemorative plaque and WWMD materials of their choosing up to a value of US $1,000 for organizations/groups and US $750 for individuals.
